If you have had any previous permanent makeup done on your eyebrows, you must notify us prior to booking and a clear photo of your current eyebrows will be required. For some corrections, prices may be higher than listed. In situations where the previous work is too dark, discolored or miss-shaped, tattoo removal may be necessary before moving forward with any new treatment. Results are not guaranteed for these cases and additional sessions may be needed and will be charged accordingly.

All deposits are non-refundable and are required in order to book your initial appointment. 

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.

You must give no less than a 72 hour notice to reschedule your appointment, failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your deposit. An additional deposit will be required to rebook another appointment. 

If you are a No Show to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. An additional deposit will be require to rebook. 

Please contact us if you are going to be late to your appointment. Anything over 15 minutes late may result in a cancellation of your appointment and a forfeit of your deposit (a new deposit is required to rebook) OR a $50 late fee will be charged In addition to the cost of service provided.
